CLIENT CONTRACT

Standard coaching contract form. Use this as a base for any client contracts.

SPEAKER CONTRACT

A basic speaker contract to use when companies or organizations want you to speak for them. It covers the small stuff as well as the obvious.

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE

Pamela uses this request to follow professional ethical standards. This can be used for coaches that you bring on to coach your company clients. It asks people to not go after your clients if they are the main contractor working with that client, but your company brought on the client.

INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

If you are bringing on someone to do sales for you, the payment can be confusing. This contract helps you separate out the sales, and the coach payouts.
